亲爱的家长们，下午好！

本学期担任四(1)班英语教学的魏老师，很多家长可能是第一次见到我，大家可能都不熟悉对方。首先，我想和家长谈谈我对这个班和学生英语的印象。这个班的学生对英语学习还是比较感兴趣的，这两周，从课堂上的反应可以看出。每次用多媒体课件上课，学生学习新知识的热情都很高。这说明四(1)班的孩子在英语学习上有一定的优势。然而，这个班的学生整体动作非常缓慢，不能被家长忽视。经过两周多的“学习”，只有×××、×××等五个学生，基本上课堂上可以顺利完成我布置的练习。其他学生下定决心，一个接一个地写作。在第一周，黑板上的短语被复制。我发现很多学生喜欢读一个字母，在复制短语时写一个字母。这样，10个英语短语将被复制约5分钟。在某种程度上，慢动作反映了知识点的不熟练程度。

两个多星期后，我们教了两个单元。第一个单元在听写本上写了一次，在英语纸上写了一次，整体成绩一般。我带了三六年级的两个大循环，熟悉这套英语教材，知道学生在各个年级应该掌握多少。四年级的英语学习在整个小学阶段起着绝对的主导作用，因为在三到四年级的转变中，对学生英语学习的要求发生了质的变化。也许，当你的孩子在三年级时，他们没有花太多的时间在英语上，也没有参加任何业余辅导或培训，他们的英语成绩基本上在90分以上，甚至在95分左右。然后，随着时间的推移，你会发现你的孩子回家后仍然像三年级一样阅读和听磁带，偶尔看英语试卷，所以英语成绩不会像三年级那么好。四年级时，英语背诵和听写非常重要。培养儿童背诵和听写的习惯是培养儿童反馈英语知识的重要途径。因此，归根结底，这将涉及到孩子的作业速度。当速度快的时候，时间就挤出来了，就有时间多背，多沉默。然后，他所学的知识比他以前所拥有的更扎实，这样质量就会出来。事实上，这是学习良性循环最理想化的方式。家长真的只是监督而不是陪伴，适合每一门学科，不仅仅是英语学习。接下来，我们来谈谈我的英语教学中的一些日常工作。 1、就英语作业本而言，基本上是1号、2号、自备本。一般

单元的录音，至少听三遍。A部分是短文；B部分是单词；C、D部分是本单元的句型练习。E部分是小对话。R部分是语音。G部分是内容延伸。预习英语时，A部分可以翻译成中文，B部分可以熟悉阅读。C、D部分，根据提示的句型结构，尽量先写。预习越扎实，课堂学习效率越高。

简而言之，提高学生的家庭作业速度是我们三名主要教师和家长的首要任务，应该说是紧迫的。让你的孩子养成有意识地学习的好习惯，成为学习的主人，教师作为学习的领导者，家长作为监督者，真正让孩子相对容易学习，但学习扎实有效！
